'Nymph' was inspired by Wang Ximeng's unique style, incorporating his bright colour palate into the scene. These particular colours associate with loneliness; a fascinating feeling that I wanted to explore. Loneliness is often something we want to avoid, but there is so much beauty that can be found inside solitude. Through a blend of colours and dense brushstrokes, 'Nymph' attempts to portray the allure of being alone.
